I’ve just arrived home from that legendary technology city, and I have to admit that they are a bit ahead in a funny way. Its something about the network, the mindset and everybody inspiring each other (you are right Toni) – but then at the same time all my ventures are not connected to the Bay Area at all… (or are they) – and Bush is weaning like a wimp about jobs moving away from USA – to low cost areas. Well I don’t have a cure for the FAT ICONIC (Denmark will se this problem bigtime as well) – but I have two words for you: TRY ROMANIA !

In Denmark we have a VERY small tradition of entrepreneurship, if we look away from the farmer culture until 1960. In technology and telco – we have had a little gang of super entrepreneurs who have now come to the end for now. Aldo Petersen and gang – has been making fools out of NASDAQ – hiding in Denmark, and they have tried as hard as they could to rip every little 19-35year old entrepreneur for their ideas. I think it is done in the name of Building Business – by damn its done unpretty.

I was not a friend but talked quite some – with this idealistic furniture guru in his little shop on f欬edvej – and today I found out, from Lex former business partner Leif, that he is dead. I got really really sad – this guys was something special. RESPECT. Now his beautiful furniture in my home get a whole new meaning. Damn. Lets remember to enjoy while we are still here.

It’s very seldom I see deeply researched articles about the really interesting people like Kaare Danielsen – and Janus (Skype), The SuperDane in SAP, Jacob grumphy old man Nielsen and all the others with high impact.

Well I hate to read in Carrier Magazines that the personal network means everything, but I hate even more that it seems to be true LinkedIn is the proof for me, everyone I would like to meet is just a reference away.

This is the funniest site I’ve seen for a long time. I’m around a lot of the big shot VC’ from time to time, and they are mostly cool and nice. Well it’s like anywhere else in socierty, the big ones with self confidence like whales are VERY NICE, OPEN MINDED, COOL and LISTENING, and the small-timers are oftenly not very nice or open, they want to transform your idea into their own vision before you even get a chance to do anykind of pitch (I’m that way myself).
