This kind of steakhouse is a big oppertunity for busness outside Brazil. All you can eat – top quality – and the it comes flaying faster then you can dream of. Blurb – had to digest – but incredible. Also I was impressed by this Fasano hotel – did not stay there though.

I got to know Nicolai trough Mik (the master of the good life) and I chased him from 99 to 04 when he finaly surrendered and did a startup with me – www.spleak.com. We have had a great time – and the succes came fast with 20.000 new users a day and the hottest US VC now in. Beyond this succes – we have created a friendship beyond and I have to give this supermann my biggest credits. Not only can Nic master a startup in all means – but he is fun, empathis and a real gentlemann.

And a once more A BIG and HEARTFULL APOLOGY for being to hard on him in this spring when we had some financial trouble – I was unreasonable and terrrible and nearly cant stand myself and my partner for it. I feel lucky that he still wants to be my friend. Sorry dude – and thanx!

I think the world would be a better place if everyone would ask more question. a) Becasue then a lot of people would not just surf trough with out understanding. 2) Bacause people who have to answer migth have to think more before they state whatever.

I nearly always (due to my massive from birth selfconfidence) ask if I dont understand a word or a weird letter combination that somebody has started to use in his field (DRM, ERP, HQ, HR,..) because he/she needed to be able to talk/write faster. I ask i big crowds and in small crowds – because Im pretty sure – that if I dont understand it – then there migth 10% who dont – and we have no chance to get to the deeper understanding of whats going on if we dont get the basics….

The more I think about it – i think this will hit.

Im going to Brazil now – to see if my thesis is real. I think that the people in this amazing country (despite the crime) have an ability to dance trough life with a passion and happyniess. And my new friend Nagib even seems to have a company that can make the pasion and the happyness come throug the www pipes… :)

Ive spend the last week talking to all my friends and partners / and everyone I met about my strange situation with my wife and … And must say that its inceredible how happy everyone is to talk and give their exspirience and time. Im impressed and thankfull – and the dinner friday nigth at restaurant George (on top og Pompidu centre in Paris) was really mindstrugling – since all 3 couples and me – had the same problems – with a too energic entrepanuer male – and relationships that where into or heading into constant trouble due to the extreme amount of time the male put into his things… weird world. But so nice to spend time with likeminded. So nice. I fell better – maybe just less strange.

These two guys are real Bumble Bees – and they are about to start a project that cant fly – but I bet they will make it.

Its the next big thing. Clue: Identity.

I think Paris is absolute fantastic – its just seducing you with its charm and history. And even a bad trip becomes good because you want it to. Nice.

This conference has been suprisingly good – and the hotel is so classic that I feel like Hemmingway.

Today has been the worst monday in my life – at home we simply cannot find out how to make everything work in the new house. Linus is very very angry all the time and Lisa has the teen hyper – Laura is like a princess (guess thtas bad as well) – and Hlin and I just totally dont get off really well. I think I hate her a little bit (darn I hope to regret this – done) – she has not been like a wife should be due to traditional ideas :( – fuck its hard – and then no sleep.

But wholly christ its good for me – the big shot got down to earth and face in the mud. So fast – the change comes. The positive fuckhead inside me just says: “Well no one died” so be happy and get back to it…

I cant see this enough

I remember comming to Sime 1999 and 2000 – and most of the participants had too little hair in their head to call it bird. Mind where you – money where big – the Razorfish, Fremfab and Icon guys where rockstars with attitudes like James Bond meets Gore.

Now Sime is old guys – admitting not to be rigth wing = Sir. Loic . . . weird.

Still impressive show.

Within the last week I have had two – TOP GUYS – who flagged that they where burned out – one even quit. So take care out there. The speed of internet and the efficiency of email and cellphones is not for everyone.

Maybe the real clue is: Take it easy – dont believe in all the bullshit – be yourself – and keep a distance – and dont get cought in the “I need to be instant rich” game. – with love.
