Im very focused on Orolix – and wow impressed by Nagib and the team in Brazil. We taking in some money to ensure the roleout – and talking to 4 parties and a couple of private investors (friends) who gets a better deal just to ensure the round.

On top of that in the sparetime – I have been helping IIP – in Barcelona – they have TAKE OFF. Going into www.Ciklum.net – since I simply love the CEO Torben – not rocket scientist – but WORLDCLASS EXECUTER and WHAT A DEMAND. I think a lot about Solar Power – and when i think I act – so we are helping TrueSolarAutonomy.com and to expand it. We are hopefully going into a German social site –  and looking at some property in Ibiza – with Lars and Rosa and Alberto and Yvonne – and following a bit up on the Bali project Damai.com (just got an award from from TripAdvisor). Looking at something in between Pandora and Last.fm – looks promising – still missing the perfect presentation layer – but tech seems super.  Also into a couple a secret deals – mergers and something comming up with Master Draper… BullGuard beating all numbers – PokerOffice getting a super CEO… What a world – what a time…

Hlin and Laura came to visit me in Barcelona after 3GSM* – and It was just fantastic – but saturday was totally ruined by the fact that Linus (who stayed home with my parrents) got “fever cramps” and was taken to hospital by ambulance – what a fucking shock… We rushed home – first flight – to the hospital – and Hlin took over from Granny. He got out and good again yesterday – Now eating like a woolf and watching Cars :) – Darn this makes worry… and send good thoughts to all the small kids at hospital – who had to stay ;(

*A tradeshow for the mobile people/companies of this world – where 80.000 people fly in to deal -> wheel and drink and mingle. Actually very nice to get a face on all the people one emails and IMs all the time.

Next year – I would buy all the space – and hire Balder Olrik by know to do them all – if I was NFL – and then sell them on eBay – including SPOT. Bear, Recruiting, Car, Softdrink – go Balder – just produce them whitelabel – and the photoshop will do the rest. See Balders famous BullGuard movies once more

I cannot say that “its not about the money” – then i would lie. Money is a great way to measure – and it would be ugly if business guys should take out the dick instead of just looking at the books ;)

Despite  my Psyko Agressive Investmentstrategy I very humble to the business and change and people – and I dream about changing the world a bit.

Power is more important to me then I like – I bring converters before cigarettes… I got this IBM X60 – darn its fast – Intel Centrino Duo is speedy speedy. I did not get Adobe Acrobat installed – so found this nice online .pdf converter very convenient.

I got this blasting fun Spider video from Erik Andersson – and learned that you can get a Hooters Mastercard – ehhh.

I have been flooded with requests of initations to Joost – but since Im not part this venture – I dont have more left. I tried it – was impressed with quality – but content wasnot for me – and I only opened the application 2 times over the last month… I just wan FREE TV – FREE MOVIES and FREE MUSIC – NOW – Dear Google wrap the AdWords around and get going.

I got in Apple mode. Got a MacBook – blamed it on Laura :) – wow its nice and Im looking forward to try Windows on it… Got a iMac 24″ (just realised it has DualCore so it can Run Windows as well – hmm do I want that ?) with TV-tunercard for the sleeping-room – Im impressed with the record function – cabletv does not deliver a signal good enough – hope HDtv will come to Denmark before I die.

Have been focusing 90% on Orolix darn it looks like a killer – Soren just wrote up the thing – how amazingly nice to have a partner who can write a plan i 2 hours – that takes an adult life until 35 to make and execute – and had board meeting with Palora, talked with Jubble, Zyb, Spleak, Johannes on a Pier2Pier connector I did not really understand, some internet Charity called, talked quite some ti Martijn faboulous the energy boms from IIP, got a few clients to Hello … I use Google Spreed-sheet to organise my Orolix todos – dreaming about a Wiki but my aesthetic since does not allow me to use ugly techie wiki (stupid me).

Am I doing a diary here – or just feeling guilty not to post more often ?

PS. Linus got the old iMac – so no one is with a PC (or should i say Apple).

I have decided to go 100% in on my mariage&family and company wise Orolix.com.br and turn it into something really big. It feels VERY VERY good to have something focused on the schedule – I will only do “other ventures” on Thursdays – and Im very sure that this can become the biggest thing I ever did. Mostly because of the team in Brazil and the magic founder (from Libanon) Nagib – what a personality – Im already a fan as you see in the fan picture.

To you – dear VALUED readers – Im sorry to say – that I will be posting less – since I have to focus very hard to succed…

I was invited into the Studivz (the German facebook copy) – but in the Berlin Main Train Station I decided that I was not comfortable with the founders – I was wrong and Im cool with it. The fact is the I got to the deal via Lukasz from SpreadShirt – a company I looked VERY CLOSE AT GETTING INTO the same day – but found too overprised for mee. I think the deal is insane and the guy who bougth this non profitable making company – must be crazy :) – or wanting desperately too prove something to his family members in the family business (why do I write stuff like this – what kind of person am I). But thats my opinion . and hopefully WRONG.

Lukasz had NO MONEY AT THE TIME – but he did put his personal account into the RED to do this – and now made 3-5mio EUR – AND I FUCKING LOVE IT !!!!! Congrats Luke – hope to see you sell SpreadShirt (or make it insanely profitable) soon – and Im sure that Accell is the best VC for you – good choice.

Happy New Year – boring message – but now I said it ;)

We got a new Au Pair – Jo from the Philippines. She is so so nice and after a couple of weeks adjustment to the Danish climate – she seems to like it here. Even with our crazy family.. The interesting part is – that whenever we talk over dinner – she impresses me SO MUCH with her knowledge on nearly all topics – and most often she uses he Internet as a reference. And I tok is as a given – that she had a computer at her paretns or a friends house – undtil yesterday when she explained that she went to an InternetCafe and paid 1USD pr. hour. Still not so strange – until I digged into her sallery – 30USD pr. month!!!!!!!!!!!! She was (until 2months ago) willing to work 4-8 hours to get 1hour surfing. Imagine the perspectives this has for the world. Well a lot of My More Intelligent Friends have already been talking about this for a long time – but NOW I SEE IT.

Its been a fantastic year – just look at the stocks – and youtube. Google has made it possible for anyone with more then 2 braincells to make enough money from a content website to get food and broadband. I have had the time of my life in LundKenner– doing business all over the world – and most important creating friendships and succes in Denmark, Holland, Sweden, Israel, Spain, US, UK, India, China, Pakistan, Brazil, Philippines, Thailand.. nearly any country in the world. List of Ventures – not listed Whisher, PokerOfiice, Jubble, Traceworks, Polar Rose, Imity, Hjem.dk, HelloGroup…

Time magazine cornered the whole situation by making YOU – person of the year. We – (you and me) with the control of the mouse are more empowered them ever – and i cant wait to see what next year will bring. Note. My blog now has more readers then the local paper where I grew up :) – the Internet is empowering you and your ability to be a self-starter and shameless selfpromoter – and saying: “Im sorry” :)

Imagine if we could unite and make the world better for those 20-30% who go hungry to bed. Enjoy the presents, the family and the -> nice food (see my scary fat post).

I have been thinking a lot. And lately we have had some critique form our partners – who thinks we are not delivering what we promise. And isnt that the whole problem here in life – managing other peoples expectations ? I must say that I have been thinking A LOT ABOUT IT. Its not new to me – since entrepanuers very oftenly gets a bit frustrated when reality kicks in just after launch. When we understand that:

During the prelaunch and the businessplan periode – we all dream so so so hard – mostly to peep ourselfes and hype our suroundings – but also since no one EVER KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN – when the billions of people on the internet will see our new thing. And I have to admit that I (we at lundKenner) have forgotten that people sudenly think I can foresee the future – just because Niklas and Janus invited me into Skype. But that NOT THE CASE. I have NO CLUE – and even though I dare to have an opinion – it does not mean that I have any book or tricks with the magic formula. HEY THATS WHY WE GO INTO IN SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS – simply hedging our bets.

I have to learn to undersell a bit more – and understand my new situation. The weird fact that maybe Im not as stupid and telentless and my subconsiuocness insecure inner self tell me. And just stay lucky and keep the trust and eager to change the world just a littlebit.
