After being psycho aggressively investing in the last 4 months – deploying 10mio€ into 20 companies  I have found a person and a company (structure) where I will spend all my time and focus for the next 6 months. Its all about financial services for ordinary people – a bit like Zecco (the unbelievable success with now 50.000 clients). I think there is an insane and enormous potential. I will off course tell you much more – when I can.

And yes I dare to think that we can create millions of happy clients and billions of value.

The dodgeball story and stries like this is always forgotten in the rush og growth. But – no one cries – the guys probobly have a nice bank account and can do something else – and Google has just shown stamina by failing which is so important in my point of view.

As some of you might have noticed I do A LOT IN GERMANY these days. And I must say that its really amazing whats going on in the 4th biggest economy in the world. They are are simply starting to believe in them selfs again (despite no really smashing global internet startups the last 6 years and no real kick ass VSs). Therefor I have desided to go more or les ALL IN :) – and after spending 10 visits to Berlin this year and Friday a visit to Munich – I must agree with http://www.monoclemagazine.com that Munich is probobly one of the cities in the world with the highest quality of living – WOW it rocks. Even though its beating Copenhagen (came in 2nd).

I have been to MANY many MANY board meetings – and I have to admit that Im probably the worst board member in the world. Mainly due to my attentionspan of about 2min :(

But I enjoy meetings with young structured Americans who really deliver like a Radio show – and just brush you up on the business in 1,5h.  (And Morrie – you know who I mean – you are fucking good!)

For me – and how I work – this is BIG INSPIRATION.

Sorry – that I have not been posting so much lately – but off course there are various reasons.

Politics and Impact
Over the last month – I have found myself eating and winning and talking with the top advisor’s (not just consultants) to Nicolas Sarkozy, Angelina Merkel and Hillary Clinton – and even though my only goal is to sracts the surface – and find out whats behind the power structures – I have gotten a little bit struck.

Architecture and Impact
I have spend time with some very very high impact developers and architects – and same story – I got a bit overwhelmed – due to the LONG TERM impact this stuff has. Psoting from Iassons unbelievable villas in Anti Paros

Investments and Impact
I have gone into nearly 75 companies and 95% goes very well – and Im not very needed there. Some would think that I did a smart move – but basically my luck has again striked – and even double since the entrepreneurs and companies who does very well – like me pretty muc hbecause I dont interfere.

Family and Impact
I  got  over my trouble in december – and spring has been very very good. But now reality and normallity has kicked in again – and I find it a bit difficult. And maybe Im just pushing the speed to much ?

Water and Impact
My water project – is now has interest from the most influencial people in the world – and one of the biggest industrial players in the sector. And again – I´m really really starting to feel HUMBLE – that I cant help to get such traction – after near bankruptcy in January.

Summer
This season is NOT my favorite and I really fight with handling my own expectations to life and holidays… Darn I think I think to much – but maybe thats normal for people who promotes Act – don’t talk :)

Im so proud to be part of this Glubble project . Ian is a true master. It should be under my WILD concept – since its really something GOOD for kids.

The answer is so simple – I DONT.
I simply dont believe en focus and controle.

Off course I have used 15 years in chaos – and therefor Im not so afraid of it. I am very nervous and very afraid pretty often – but i love the risk and the game. And I never saw anyone with a 255 page strategy plan who actually had more fun/joy – or less worries. I let entrepanuers work – help if I can – and cross my fingers.

Update: I think I forgot to say – that you have to work (or mentally be aware 24/7) and that I hate to loose so badly that its a problem quite often even when we play family games ;)

Im just about to leave Ibiza after 2 weeks in this magic place. I havent really had a holyday (execpt my permanent vacation ;) ). I have never been a HUGE fan of holydays – but somehow I just wanted to go here without any purpose. And now I feel a bit changed – really – it sounds like people look -> when they arrive to Copenhagen from Goa in thier brand new weird hippie clothes – but thats how I feel. Most importantly I have spend all 13 days with Linus – and I have really got to know him ad feel him so much deeper and better and we have been laughing for 13 days straight playing with his Cars. Very importantly I had my FANTASTC WIFE Hlin and Laura and my parerents here for 5 days – and got the BIG FAMILY FEELING. Also – My old close friends (and I have very few) have been here – and we got to reconnect – ohh that was NICE – it seems to mean even more when not that I get a little older…

Off course I have done 10-12 deals while I have been here – and the foundation of a new – most interesting might be Corpcom.com, Wamba.com and United Mobile (Due to amazing founders who flew in to present and have a sip of wine..) – but also Nagib from Orolix who was here with his amazing wife Andrea – they came from Brazil – and it makes my brain realease pure happyness – when I get all these impulses while I have gone into slower and slower mode – and even 3-4 times slept more then 6 hours – wow…

And to the really weird part – I think Im starting to open myself to more alternative thinking – and the whole idea of not only believing in PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE – might have a dimension of ENERGY to it – maybe ? Im not talking about starting to live under the ideas of astrology or believing in Aliens – but maybe there is something about the impact of the energy we are loaded with… (Or is it just the sun? – and will I get a reboot when I land in the tonight).. I nearly hope not. I just hope that Linus will be VERY HAPPY in his new kindergarden – and that Hlin is not sleeping – since I REALLY MISS HER ;)

Im 14 days with my dear old friend Lars in one of his houses in Ibiza (again) – its just fantastic here. So mellow – and then so many friend and business partners flying in and living with us in thsi insanely huge house… try it.

I have loved Zecco since I met the guys first time (well actually we first declined – but then after some wine – Soren and I went all in). And now Jeroen and partners have really made it to BIG. And this picture show all their self confidente in one shot ;)

Peter is one of the most prominent entrepreneurs in Scandinavia – unfortunately like Abba, Bjorn Borg, Volvo and Saab he is Swedish. And Sweden has violated all possible rules on his and his most known website project www.thepiratebay.org – by taking the servers and trying all kinds of tricks. Its off course VERY CONTROVERSIAL – but few people understand that this guys is doing everything with a big heart and 100% respect of internet. Like when all Danish ISPs (uhh this hurts) blindly followed the orders to start a simple version of the Chinese firewall – by blocking AllOfMp3 from central hold. When the first Swedish ISP followed and blocked AllOfMp3 – they contra blocked ThePirateBay for all users who where told to contact Costumer Support and get an explanation of why this mess. The ISP lost lost of clients – and suddenly they opened All the internet again.. Do the Google news archives search and you have hours of weird reading…

Today I had 5 sms before I got up – telling me that it wascool that Im involved with the new Danish Political Party “Ny Alliance” :) . I picked up the paper – and saw my picture there among the network of the lead political figure Mr. Khadar. The only problem is – that I never met the guy :) – I actually think support the idea of the party and even lended them a office (from a venture of mine that went south). And we are getting pretty involved from HelloGroup to help out on a couple of things. But since my mum called as well – to hear if I was getting involved in politics (it was unfortunately never a topic in my childhood) – I think its fair to give the facts to you dear valued (Danish) readers.

No – Im not getting involved –

1) Im still shit scared after seing Mr. Heimburger trying to go in – in 1998. And remember how he was hammered by all the dealing and wheeling behind the scenes. But he was also behaving like if he could walk on water – like I would :)

2) I dont feel smart enough – really! Im really annoyed about it – but I simply dont know what I mean about a lot a the aspects.

a) I think the wellfare model is FANTASTIC and I love it even more when I travel.
b) I remember where I come from – real workingclass until I was 12 at least
c) I also start to see the need of some reforms – so that we can attract international talent and dont kill initiative by sending people money for free forever…
d) I hate too see the ultra right wing – having power.

3) I dont have the time – and I would be really afraid to do this “left handed”.

4) They did not ask me :)

And then Im also getting really afraid not to sped time with my kids – Laura (6y) does not really like cartoons anymore – “They are boring” – and since I feel sold out on time – I would miss out on playing with Linus and his beloved “Cars”

Posting on this blog – darn I feel lucky

Today I had a 100% fantastic expirience. I was invited to the FREEWAY BAD ASS CAMP – where this Danish online empire -> Number one in Dating, Auctions, Partyphotos (new category), Teen Flirting and much more. Henrik, Morten and UPDATE (Morten Sr. is also a very important part) started this as a garage project 9 years ago – and today they have the most sexy and profitable online/media company in the world (looking at impact pr. capita – pitty its only present in Denmark). The 15 companies they own – always with 51% minimum – are all build with fokus on social/community features and paying subscribers – even the auction site has 33%+ paying subscribers ;) – and now they are starting to see the advertising revenue kicking – and THEY CANT STOP SMILING – they feel its FREE PROFIT – nearly too easy. Wow – I wish I had made some video – but Im having a PODCASTING MENTAL BLOCK – I simply dont feel comfortable taking out the cam – darn…

So anno 2007 – hearing these hot hot companies and the 3 majority owners and 20 minority owners (all web entrepanuers to the bone) – speak and discuss and exchange knowledge was like being in heaven for me. And when i gave my shameless selfpromoting presentation – I had to jump over all 12 slides about – >”Just do it” -> “Act” -> “Imagine how cool its would be” – because these guys where allready many times there…
And then on top of all this – we where picked up in Wagner Jr. plane – it was my first time in such a small plane – and I got totally – high.

For the first time – I have tried a real conman or should I say concouple – really strange. They got German investors and me – they got a supercool partner – they seemed really ok. And now they are taking the company hostage and playing stupid trying to blackmail us. WOW – imagine that I should try this. Weird. I will let you know what the names are soon – so the internet transparency will avoid this to happen to YOU.
