Im on this panel today ;) – after having raged a bit against the Tree Hugging/Sugar Ambience at the Forbes conference – Mr. Forbe´s did not hessitate to send one of the best (and most alive moderatros to ask me to Spice it up). The cool thing is that one of my business heros Thor is on the panel and tis will be first time to meet him :)

Actually I have ow Mr. clausen – from Danfoss one – since he shamelssly promoted me at yesterdays dinner. The whole crowd was so allive – and off course the networking part was World Cup Class ;) – to my surprise the Royal Danish Kornprins – gave a very good speach – elaborating better on the MEANING OF THE SUMMIT – then the last 2 panels yesterday ;)

Quite some people have bee reacting on my signature: Venture without money. And off course it migth sound a bit strange – but all the best businesses did start with a superb financial backing. And I want to be ENTREPRENEUR and NOT BANKER. I want to be with the start-ups – and not sitting there looking like a bag of money. (I'm not Rich Enough to look like such a bag anyway.) So at LundKenner we try to be what we needed our-self when we started our first businesses: Speed, Honesty, Cynicalness, Trading skills, Street-smartness and Good Packaging – so that small and big ideas can become alive with GOOD PEOPLE BEHIND – supported by us when/if we ca ad value.

PS. it can sound like INCUBATOR and SWEAT EQT – but the term got soo run down in 1999 – that even small city's in Northern Europe had one… So I don't like that – maybe it could be called consulting – but then again – that's not what we do. And then again – maybe.

PPS: We already have limited human bandwidth – so we are already disappointing a lot of nice opportunistic people – who send us plans, call, IM or just shows up. THAT REALLY SUCK. 

PPS: Maybe what we do is HELPING OUR BRAINS TO KEEP OCCUPIED WITH INTERESTING PROJECTS in the field where we have a bit of knowledge ?

PPPS: All this seems vague and insecure – and THATS RIGTH ! People who have been around – know that its not something we take pill to cure – WE ARE INTUITIVE+INSTINCTIVE and AGGRESSIVE LIKE HELL when we really want something :)

WHY AM I ALL IN

Im all in this because I love to see a little or medium idea becomming a flying swan – and the journey to get there… Personally I know Im probobly one of the best in the world – actually I dont even doubt – but I also know how endlessly week I am after the first kiss/touch.. As soon as the pattern of the deal I have in my head is reality I loose a bit of interest – not 100% but I just start to see how I can get my next high from identifying a new thing – a new idea – a new team of poeple (or an old) – a new structure …. I cant even express how humble and happy I am to be in a setup like the one we already have (thats suposed to take years) – I see 4-5 people who will just give their left ball to make this happen – to make good companies and HIGH PROFITS FROM THE TIME and NETWORK and money we invest. Promise me guys that you jump this if you suddenly get another real interest in life. since what we are about to do is not about working halftime or fulltime – hey realise its LIFETIME. And if anyones doubts – Ive chosen to do this with first Soren and then ALL OF YOU GUYS – so lets fucking be agressive like NO ONE ELSE – and demanding. (When the inner Demand to yourself is SKYHIGH – then the souroundings gets it !). Dear valued partners – I cant wait to see where we will go.

I look at the stuff we have in our portefolio as an artcollection a carefully selected family – a part of me – that I want to be assosiated with. REALLY like a part of my personality – it BRANDS ME it is ME. BulLGuard ME – I am Maxthon – I am Wiseled – I tell people about it – and i act like I am Heleca.. Dear Partners if you have just a bit of emotions for any of the ventures we have – then dont hessitate to take all the hornor promote yourself for being part of it – BE FUCKING PROUD. Im proud of the team we have – really PROUD – and I cant wait to our next exit – where we can party and hug and be proud together – because we are in a DEEPLY RICKY business and failure is WAY MORE COMMON then SUCCES for our ventures – AND US. Dont start taking pills – but be realistic – this is extremely difycult and we will only survive if we BELIEVE IN IT AND STAY TOGETHER 100% for years.

HOW TO BEHAVE

I want us all to be humble as hell – and hornest like hell – and gentlemen – really gentlemen who hold the door for women and startups and talent. I have this fantastic picture in my head of someone who offered me ligth (when I was smoking) and 2nd time one evening someone did I was always just positive to them (no matter if I even liked them or talked to them)… More important we need a system to follow up on OPPERTUNITIES – or to be more frank – to reject……(taken out not to be copied)

GOALS

I want to

a) Make my mother and my wife proud of me – and disapoint as few people as posible !I

b) I want to have FUN – FUN and I want people to respect LundKenner and respect (be impressed by) our achivements and our ability to handle risk – and time after time turn risktaking into being lucky.

Maybe its a sign or maybe Im just lucky as always to have the VERY BEST PEOPLE around me – but the fact is that BullGuard has nearly doubled revenue since I gave the CEO title and the stearing wheel Heini (CEO) and to Theis (my co-founder). The people in Denmark, Romainia, UK are absolutely kicking ass and Im proud like a father!!!

Im very proud to take part in this VERY INTERESTING company -> Spearcast who launched the Palora service. I really like the idea – and as always I go in with the best poeple – and Ive seen people as good as CEO Hannan
– the story is better told at Nets blog – Net actually did the connection – and is on hell of a dealmaker.

Dear valued reader – on my journey to complete independency (before dying) I�ve done something I promise NEVER to do again. I�ve invested in artificial intelligence used for predicting the stockmarket (soory again – I know it sounds like something nouveaux riche smalltimers does when they loose contact to reality – to become instant oldschool rich…) – but this things seems to work – and will enable me to fullfill a couple of ideological dreams beyond owning my own softice-machine :) Read a bit on it.

Today I structured one of the best deal I�ve ever done. And ts not only extremely potential in profis – IT A SOCIAL DEAL IN THE FINANCIAL WORLD. I met 3 guys trough a friend 7 months ago – and they are real scientists – but also very socially skilled. They have fumbled a bit and developed a lot – but been very very hornest. Today they (we) signed with a Swiss partner who will cover the company for the next 2 years – and move the guys down.. So why me so happy and proud: The deal was done via trust and handshake and everybody gave more then they promised – the scientists gave the new partner 2% extra shares just to show they where sirous – the Swiss dude just signed after skimming the termsheet.. UNREAL. Mark (Chief Practical Dealmaker at LundKenner) didnt even believe his own ears – no one was greedy – everyone was giving and humble. I LOVE IT – when there are no greedy asses bithing.

I think its about to be official that we are into Damai the LUXXX hotel in Bali.

Its no secret that they have had quite some problems – and I�ve been bad at helping out – BUT BUT BUT – these guys have chosen to pay back a loan to a close friend of mine who went in after me – and the have got their business back on track with 20guys in Pakistan and HARD WORK. DAMN IM IMPRESSED – and Im very sure they will get a VERY SOLID BUSINESS END THIS YEAR.

Im getting a little afraid of the speed at LundKenner – my new venture. Well I hevent really released anything on yet / but yesterday I did change my email adress from BullGuard to LundKenner. And just after pleying (working with Soren Kenner) for only 5 months – get this feeling that the speed migth be a bit to agressive: BullGuard skyrocking, Maxthon hitting 50mio downloads, Play65 kicking ass, Gekko going bulistic, IIP, Haleca, Aresa going public…. Opening in Amsterdam, tel Aviv, Delhi, Beijing and soon Rio and hopefully Russia…. Mummmmmy Im not sure I know how to controle the skies.

Well it simple – not easy.

(Im no too fan of the spot it self – but looove the execution).
