I have decided to go 100% in on my mariage&family and company wise Orolix.com.br and turn it into something really big. It feels VERY VERY good to have something focused on the schedule – I will only do “other ventures” on Thursdays – and Im very sure that this can become the biggest thing I ever did. Mostly because of the team in Brazil and the magic founder (from Libanon) Nagib – what a personality – Im already a fan as you see in the fan picture.

To you – dear VALUED readers – Im sorry to say – that I will be posting less – since I have to focus very hard to succed…

I was invited into the Studivz (the German facebook copy) – but in the Berlin Main Train Station I decided that I was not comfortable with the founders – I was wrong and Im cool with it. The fact is the I got to the deal via Lukasz from SpreadShirt – a company I looked VERY CLOSE AT GETTING INTO the same day – but found too overprised for mee. I think the deal is insane and the guy who bougth this non profitable making company – must be crazy :) – or wanting desperately too prove something to his family members in the family business (why do I write stuff like this – what kind of person am I). But thats my opinion . and hopefully WRONG.

Lukasz had NO MONEY AT THE TIME – but he did put his personal account into the RED to do this – and now made 3-5mio EUR – AND I FUCKING LOVE IT !!!!! Congrats Luke – hope to see you sell SpreadShirt (or make it insanely profitable) soon – and Im sure that Accell is the best VC for you – good choice.

Its been a fantastic year – just look at the stocks – and youtube. Google has made it possible for anyone with more then 2 braincells to make enough money from a content website to get food and broadband. I have had the time of my life in LundKenner– doing business all over the world – and most important creating friendships and succes in Denmark, Holland, Sweden, Israel, Spain, US, UK, India, China, Pakistan, Brazil, Philippines, Thailand.. nearly any country in the world. List of Ventures – not listed Whisher, PokerOfiice, Jubble, Traceworks, Polar Rose, Imity, Hjem.dk, HelloGroup…

Time magazine cornered the whole situation by making YOU – person of the year. We – (you and me) with the control of the mouse are more empowered them ever – and i cant wait to see what next year will bring. Note. My blog now has more readers then the local paper where I grew up :) – the Internet is empowering you and your ability to be a self-starter and shameless selfpromoter – and saying: “Im sorry” :)

Imagine if we could unite and make the world better for those 20-30% who go hungry to bed. Enjoy the presents, the family and the -> nice food (see my scary fat post).

Ev gave me the guts to go all in on blogging and keeps impresing me with his posts:

Hjalmer is a very nice guy – and a superb serial entrepanuer – who havent forgotten where he came from (zero). But I have to say that I think he gut starstruck by the size of the numbers on the Rimmer families calculator (Rebtel Dials up $20 Million in Series A Funding) – when he took in all that money. Im about to raize money for 6-7 companies now – and I really dont want to have those insane evaluations – even though they are in the air.

This is so well written and gives this stardust to venture capital – that makes one work even harder..

9 months ago Zecco was a bizz idea – yesterday our guys took it live with a power Ive NEVER SEEN BEFORE. And we got 20 times more accounts opened then we where even dreaming of first day.

Today I did one of my most important deals ever – and I really have a hard time controlling myself – darn Im lucky. Feel like going nuts with a couple of friends and a box of wine. But I just reached home after a oneday trip to London. (sorry to keep my secret)

Chris Dixon – ENTREPAUER – 3x determined and calm and getting married

At LundKenner we are moving with an amasing speed – Im pretty sure that we are the most agressive Venture Entrepanuers in the world. And I love it – LOVE IT. But damn ther more opertunities and fantastic people I see – the more doubt I get on how to grow LundKenner to next level. Should we do a fund – or a stay 100% independent (and keep showing up in what people in the bankin sector would call “gym clothes”… I have NO CLUE.

Last week I found a dream house – it was VERY VERY nice. I had no doubt that I just HAD TO OWN it. The area is AMAZING – the house is cool – and well I had no clue what I wanted to do with it but – well make a place for all the guests we have at LundKenner and maybe a small apartment for Lisa ?

But but but – this project suddenly got to my stomach – I was dreaming about it / and had semi night mares…. Very strange since I normally cant feel stress – and I used to using more money on WAY MORE RISKY INVESTMENTS – and I deal with a lot of stuff I don’t understand (maybe everything I do)… ;) So yesterday I had to use the escape clause at drop it – damn I feel good that I did it. But yet again my inner entrepreneur is standing there on my shoulder with a 3fork shouting: “Chicken Chicken Chicken… “

I just got this Red Herring article – The Vorlds hottest PC? – about Asad from ePlanet. This guy is very cool and Im very sure he hasent done hes last big kill. All though I have to say that my biggest VC HERO will stay Tim Draper – tMr. Tricker finger – with asecond to none good nose for business. Not only because of Hotmail, Skype… More because of all his small private deals like Oddpost and eFriendsNet.

Web20 and WebTools is gonna be everything – not just hype. The thing is that all kinds of business can be redone – with VERY SIMPLE STUFF. And I have to mention the 37Signal guys – I think they can be a tread to SAP on the longer run.I just hope so much they will stay independent.
