I love NYC. No where elsa can you go with a such pace. No where else can you receive an invitation to go on the Forbes boat (with Helicopter + 2 Triumph bikes on top) with a 48 hour notice. NYC is like no where else.

I made a mistake. I tried to install IE7 – and now I have no more IE since it goes down after 20sec. everytime – and I can’t role back to IE 6. What a pity…

I took Laura, Lius and thier friend Stella to Cirkus the other day – and I must say – nothing works on kids like Cirkus – even with pretty bad acrobats :) I would love if it worked as well on me – and I wasent so spoiled.

I went to Ukraine this week – and I must say that I see a HUGE OPPERTUNITY – this place can accelerate knowledge work. BUT DARN – I SEE NEED OF MANAGEMENT and PATIENCE – the structures are 1970ish… People seemed cool.

Today I took Linus for a soccer class – but as you see it was not really something for him ;)

Hlin and I went to see the new Pixar movie Cars – with Linus and Laura – and it was really a blast. Linus (3y) didn’t even blink – and I must admit I was totally paralysed as well.

I have been working on balancing my worklife and my family life over this summer. Not WORK/FAMILY – but worklife and family life separately.

FAMILY LIFE
During spring I tried a couple of time to find myself sitting in the couth – being angry when some of my family members asked me to come and see something or do something. I felt very bad and very lazy – and the solution seemed to be loose 10kg and drink less alcohol. Its done (over 4 months) and suddenly I feel like a energi dad. THATS NICE. I think the hard part will be to keep it – but I really hope I can.

WORKLIFE
Since we at LundKenner do so many things and expand as fast as our sleeping rhythms allow – I chose too hire J – to help me out with my time – inspired by the SUPEREFFECTIVE SaxoBank honcos, our chairman Robert and Tim Drapers left part of his brain = the amazing Karen. (People who now me way back – also know that the word double booking was not new to me ;) Having someone to coordinate my meetings and calender and conference-calls and speaks and travel – really changed my life in quite some ways. First of all I dont have 3-4 disappointed/angry people showing up to meetings that I forgot – THAT REALLY GIVES ME A BETTER MENTAL HEALTH. Secondly I dont have to spend time coordinating the 20-30 appointments per week (wow I sound important now – but its facts). Thirdly – I have for the first time learned to ask for help – so that J takes care of booking/research.. (that VERY NEW TO ME). Last its VERY VERY good for my family – since I don’t have to think about “what did I forget” when Im home.

Today is had the most amazing and Califonian like sushi expirience in Copenhagen at this place – Hatoba – two level over the very good and solid Stick and Sushi – and same price. I luuve competition.

I love food and wine and cigarettes so much – and I could eat all day (and have nearly done that) – so now I’m on this diet trying to make is a lifetime one – to actually give myself a chance to become more them 45y. I’m just wondering if I have some-kind of a mental problem since I have to abuse my body with all this shit.

Well diet feels good – im flying after 6 weeks of thoughfull eating.

This place is so amazing (in good weather) that I have to recommend EVERYONE VISITING COPENHEGEN – to spend a afternoon there. Its AMAZING – chilled – calm – danish – relaxed – little pricy. The Service is LIKE ALWAYS in Denmark, a product of a welfarestate where no student really have to work = they dont suck up to you – but probobly like they job :)
