I was at the StarDoll 40 sqm. office – monday – the CEO Mathias is COOL and smart – and all the people there was one big deja vue -> Richard from Razorfish (who I met when I tried to get bougth by them in 1999 at Neo Ideo). – and then now they just got 6mio$ from the hottest VC.

I think the idea is cool. I dont understand why the Index guys and all these BIG HONCHO VC – want to take money from little girls – thats = bad press. But NOT MY PROBLEM.

These companies have nothing in common – well… Both of them has turned financial post DOT COM disaster into – high profit. And Framfab keeps winning those Gold Lions in Cannes – at some strange festival where people from the advertising industri celebrate themself – and spend all the money they can.

At LundKenner we are moving with an amasing speed – Im pretty sure that we are the most agressive Venture Entrepanuers in the world. And I love it – LOVE IT. But damn ther more opertunities and fantastic people I see – the more doubt I get on how to grow LundKenner to next level. I have earlier been mentioning the Wunderkids from 37signals – with probably more users of their NO BRAINIER WEBSERVICES (not negative) in the SMB segment then Microsoft Business Solutions and for sure SAP. Not to mention www.successfactors.com who have +1,5mio B2B users on their people management ASP solution ;) – BRAVO BINGO – go home Mr. Selfish SuperEgo EllisonCopy Salesforce.com.

Im fallow a bit in love with the hyped guys at Shopify – who are smarter then the rest.
1) Shopify did a small friends and family round (Aug. 2005)
1A) – the founders don’t take salary (love it !)
1AA) – that gives them 12 more months

2) – they use free software (

3) – they play the buzz game better then even Mcculley Culkin in the early 90�ies. Even without launching (could backfire – but better the being stealth for life ;)

Since I have two pretty big financial service compnies now – I starting to get a bit into it – even though its hard – and a bit boring to me.

What the fuck is happening – why can Apple go an be in all cornersat the same time – when samsung cant? – where is the whole banking sector gonna go ? Will Kodak survive ? Telcos are still insanely evaluated even though OIP is eating their les and arms (foreign minutes) ? Will eCommerce B2C and even B2SMB change 100% ? Who will win the in the dying Automotive industry (imagine the iPod of Cars) – could there be a future for public transport ?? Darnn – I wanna be into those things that will change – but I have no clue ;) – so conclusion: Morten you have to keep shooting – like a John Wayne with a brand new Winchester.

I cant say how much it impresses me that -they have now surpassed the old master of classified DBA.dk 9mio$ profit company – in number of listed classifieds. And do I need to say that these guys have done again – without speding a dime. The best entrepanuers on Danish soil !!

I hope so much they will do a venture with me some day :) – I?ve been pitching then since 1998.
