The thing is so cool – the finish and the formfactor is EMPRESSIVE.
But the SUPPORT SUCKS SO HARD. Lisa has been calling then every week for 3 months – and they have been arrogant to her and neglecting her – but promissing her to SEND A returnBOX – to get it fixed. Nothing has happenened – and TODAY I CALLED THEM. MoreOn – Fuckers – Idiots -> They denied to talk to me since Im not the owner of the product – and THEY told me that NO WAY THEY WOULD CALL LISA – and get the thing solved. THEY USED 5 MINUTED TO WRITE A COMPLAINT FROM ME – LOL – this world is crazy.
I really hope that the companies where Im involved – gives a better support. Try BullGuard Live support
